The following resources are availabe free of charge to any schools that makes a booking for a school camp at Kopinga Marae.
RAMS, SAPS and Unit Plans
School Camps @ Kopinga Marae will provide you with detailed RAMS forms for each activity that you participate in.
We have a good range of RAMS forms available for you, covering all likely activities. If there is something else that you want your students to particiapte in, let us know and we will provide RAMS to suit, or assist you with completing your own.
All RAMS forms will be available to download from this site for free early in 2010. We are just making some changes to the format of them.

School Camps Education Resources: Unit Plans
We have unit plans and integrated unit plans covering many of the curriculum areas and a range of unit plan templates for all curriculum areas and levels. Simply copy, or download and add to them to suit your needs.
We have unit plans about the settlement of Rekohu, the History of Te Imi Moriori, Technology units, Environmental units and Math units, all based on the new curriculum and adaptable for all ages and levels. All unit resources are included or downloadable as well. Everything that you need to teach and assess the units is included online. Click here >> for the units. Marae Resources:
The marae has all of the facilities and resources that you will need to make your school camp a complete success. We have mattresses and pillows for 65 people, a commericial kitchen that can, and has, catered for hundreds, massive bathroom facilities and disabled toilets and showers, acres of lawns for kids to run around on, fantastic views and plenty to keep them occupied.
All that you need is a sleeping bag or duvet, a towel and toiletries and to bring your food with you. Everything else is here.
